The Grange, Modern Heritage

Crafted in collaboration with Cheah Saw Architects, The Grange is defined by a contemporary and practical design that feels distinct yet at home in its leafy suburban setting. Drawing on Malvern East’s charming heritage architecture, the project is distinguished by brickwork and angled, chamfered geometry that blends with the surrounding pitched-roof housing. Comprising seven modern homes across three levels, the ground-floor residences are demarcated by generous, private gardens, while the second and third-floor homes connect to spacious balconies framed with planters. All homes are thoughtfully positioned to provide multiple aspects to provide ample natural light across the day.
